Everdraft is in early access. These terms are a placeholder and will be replaced with the full agreement before public launch. Until then, the short version:

The service

Everdraft is a drafting tool. You bring ideas and writing; the service helps you shape them into drafts. Early-access software changes quickly and may break, pause, or change shape without notice.

Your writing is yours

You keep all rights to the words you bring and the drafts you make. We claim no ownership over your work, and we don’t use your drafts to train models.

Fair use

Don’t use Everdraft to break the law, to harm others, or to overwhelm the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
